2025 Australian Championships and ASOC Results

     Australian & Schools Champs Carnival placegetters
 This year's Australian Champs & Schools Champs were held 27   September-5 October in the broader Brisbane area. The carnival   featured the Australian Sprint, Long Distance, Middle Distance and Relay Championships as well as the Australian Schools Orienteering Championships (ASOC). Over thirty Newcastle orienteers were part of more than eight hundred competing in the carnival. Isobel Newton, Baxter Peel & Rebecca Craig were members of the NSW Schools Team.
 
Placegetters in the Australian Championships
    Sprint - First: Erika Enderby (W20E), Jennifer Enderby (W55A). Second: Martina Craig (W55A), Carolyn Matthews (W60A), Clare Newton (WOpenB). Third: Lucy Jenkins (W10A), Felix Preston (M10A).
     Long Distance - Second: Rebecca Craig (W18A), Naomi Scouller (W35AS), Robert Preston (M65AS). Third: Felix Preston (M10A), Erika Enderby (W20E), Gayle Quantock (W60A), Margaret Peel (W45AS), Clare Newton (WOpenB).
   Relays (as part of NSW teams) - First: Erika Enderby (W20E), Jenny Enderby (W55), Scott Simpson (M55), Jim Lee (M75), Shane Jenkins (M21Sport). Second: Gayle Quantock (W35), Clare Newton (WOpenB). Third: Maria Orr (W55AS).
