A great introduction to orienteering with fun courses in suburban parks & reserves. Also includes a night event. (Feb-Apr)

Navigate bush tracks & trails on your mountain bike. Bike Orienteering Summer Series offers 75 minute score & line+score events. (Oct-Mar)

Annual MTBO Series

NSW - Newcastle Orienteering Club's 'Bike Orienteering Summer Series' (BOSS) are the only regular MTBO events in NSW (as the title suggests, they are held over the summer months).
ACT - ACT MTBO Series
Victoria - Vic MTBO Series (Winter). BikeO 75 Mountain Bike Series (Summer).
Queensland - QLD MTBO Series

Usually three events (Sprint, Middle and Long) held over one weekend.

2026 - 17-18 October 2026 - Eurobodalla Shire (South Coast - combined ACT/NSW Champs)

Australian MTBO Championships

Carnival with four events (Mass Start, Sprint, Middle, Long).
